Shruti Launches Videocon Ducati Mobiles















The Videocon has introduced a range of mobiles phones, and Shruti Hassan had launched the Videocon V6200 Ducati - Mo-biking, a new concept phone. The luck star also endorses Videocon's home appliances.

Videocon Mobiles has launched a sport-edition rugged mobile phone for bike enthusiasts in association with Ducati. Called as "V6200 Ducati Edition Phone", this handset is biker's dream come true. The handset has complete Indian map information stored (courtesy Mapmyindia) and can be accessed offline (a-gps). I

The adventurous singer-actor-model Shruti had been chosen to endorse this mobile, in a stylish tomboyish avatar, like a sports (biker) enthusiast.

Also the videocon for the mobile phones, has changed from its usual green color Videocon logo to orange!

Videocon Industries announced the launch of first ever Ducati brand licensed mobile phone in India. With this, Videocon Mobile Phones introduces a unique concept of Mo-Biking.

The latest phone on the block is Videocon’s Ducati series sports phone – V6200. This phone was unveiled at Blue Sea, Mumbai by Saurabh Dhoot, Director Videocon Group, Anil Khera, CEO Videocon Mobile Phones & D2H and Ducati Motors Representative Ashish Chordia, CEO, Ducati India.

The phone has been designed keeping in mind all the requirements of any adventure enthusiasts and also give a complete Mo-Biking experience. Videocon V6200 has interesting features like E-Compass (to know directions), Thermometer (to check temperature), Barometer (to gauge Pressure), Altimeter (to ascertain height), Pedometer (to count the number of steps), GPS System, UV Sensor (to know if you are exposed to harmful UV rays) and an Anti Slip Grip rugged body.

The Videocon V6200 also has a 2 MP Camera, Dual Led Torch, 6cm TFT Screen, Pre-bundled 4GB Memory Card which has pre-loaded life time validity GPS navigation system from MAPMYINDIA and 2 headsets – normal and sports, and Customizable LED Pulse Indicator. It also has mobile tracker, FM with FM recorder and a sunset and sunrise meter. The phone can be interestingly operated on three modes that are Phone, Fun and Sports mode. It also comes with Ducati branded Sports bottle, arm band carrying case, and MapmyIndia GPS manual. The phone has a rugged build quality with rubberized panels, screw-framed body chasis and steel side skirtings. When you turn over the phone, you will be pleasantly surprised to see a customizable OLED screen where you can display few vital information.

Ritesh Deshmuk, the Bollywood actor is also the brand ambassador for the Telecom services of Videocon, with the tag line 'Pakdo Life Ka Har Signal', that suggests that Videocon is better with signal and mobile subscriber services when compared to others!
